This week's wine is from Galicia in north west Spain, known as green Spain as the climate is strongly influenced by the Atlantic ocean and comparatively damp and cool.
Most wine from Galicia is white but the Flower and the Bee red is made from Souson, a local variety also grown over the border in Portugal. Sappy, juicy, deep in colour but light on its feet, it is great drinking over the spring and summer. Try it a little cool with some meaty fish, tuna is great, or with a barbecue or grill.
