A lot of our business is local so we price for that market, keeping margins keen, rather than costing in delivery to the price of every bottle so we basically just pass on the delivery cost we are charged by our courier. We think it is more transparent this way too.
We also use a reliable courier which doesn’t just dump things on doorsteps and robust 100% recycled or recyclable packaging.
We are able to offer delivery free when you spend over £150 nationwide & locally if you spend over £75 because there is then (usually!) enough margin to cover delivery costs. We hope this keeps us competitive overall considering our generally keen prices but we are always keeping an eye on it.
