The Edit is our monthly selection of what's exciting and drinking well, chosen by Robin, founder of Iron & Rose and still a wine obsessive. The three bottles in this box set change each month to reflect the season, the food we're enjoying, and often to introduce new arrivals.
This August we're travelling to three of our favourite holiday destinations, bringing back a souvenir flavour of each. From the Loire Valley in France we've got a dry Chenin Blanc perfect as an aperitif or with some fresh water fish. From the Dolomite mountains of Northern Italy a light red from an autochthonous grape variety, great with a summer salad. And from Majorca a big red ideal for drinking with a barbecue.
