The is one of the most traditional wines of La Palma, though Viki is one of very few producers who still make it, maintaining the tradition, and one of the greatest sweet wines of the world. 

An extraordinary wine made from Malvasia grapes grown on the volcanic soils of La Palma, picked super late and über- ripe. Gloriously rich and unctuous, with flavours of caramel and honey. Yet there is a thread of acidity that runs through it which makes it incredibly drinkable. One to have with a rich dessert or as dessert.
