Cerasuolo translates as 'pale cherry red' and this colour is acheived with a short maceration of around 24 hours. Not quite your pale provence style rosé yet still dry as you like. This Cerasuolo presents aromas of sour cherry, strawberry jam and wild herbs whilst the palate is bright with abundant layers of fruit and a distinct minerality. Very gastronomic!
