Ben Walgate is the creator of Tillingham wines and he is rocking the UK with his adventurous and diverse wines and forward thinking, ancient ideas. On his farm near Rye in Sussex, Ben works to create ecological diversity in the vineyard following biodynamic principles, while also making great wines. In the winery he works as naturally as possible, avoids filtration and fining as well as sulphates whenever he can.

Made from three components. The first was Pinot Blanc from 2020 fermented and aged in oak for 18 months. The Second from 2021, fermented and aged in qvevri. The third from 2021, fermented and aged in oak.
