Ben Walgate is the creator of Tillingham wines and he is rocking the UK with his adventurous and diverse wines and forward thinking, ancient ideas. On his farm near Rye in Sussex, Ben works to create ecological diversity in the vineyard following biodynamic principles, while also making great wines. In the winery he works as naturally as possible, avoids filtration and fining as well as sulphates whenever he can.

A blend of ten estate grown varieties, hand picked on a single day, fermented and aged in an oak puncheon.
