Supper Club: Pasta Night - 12th of December

We have our Christmas themed supper club coming from the Glou Kitchen on the 12th of December which will showcase three types of pastas taking inspiration from the colours of xmas - red, green and white! This will take place in two sittings and you will have an option of three dishes to choose from. The first sitting will be at 6:30 and the second at 8:30. Wine pairings will be available on the night. 

On our menu for the evening we have:

Trofie al Pesto - Genoese pasta with homemade pesto, grated caer caradoc and fresh basil

Rigatoni Rossi all'nduja with ribbons of burrata

Four cheese penne 

Sides & desserts will be available on the night to buy which includes a house salad, focaccia, as well tender stem broccoli w anchovies, garlic and chilli oil w pangrattato. Our dessert offering for the evening will consist of Tart au Marron which is a chestnut creme tart with a spiced mascarpone cream.
