A chance to travel through Northern Italy, visiting Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto from Shrewsbury...This night is one of our glou supper clubs with our chef Carlotta and sous chef Ashleigh bringing the goods. 

This event will be one sitting, entrance at 6:30pm and food starting at 7pm. Each course will be accompanied with a wine pairing from our vast glou collection. The menu consists of: 

A Milanese dish of wackley farm meat stuffed hispi cabbage leaves with a saffron cheese fondue 

Hand made tagliolini with butter and Shropshire truffle 

Baccalà Mantecato: Salted cod with polenta in a creamy white wine and parsley sauce 

Zabaglione and cookies aka our boozy eggnog

Come down for a night of authentic Italian food and naturally delicious wine...this event also makes for a perfect Christmas gift, just put in the notes that it is a gift and who it is for!
