A new white from Rafa with grapes grown 700m above sea level in the Valencian hills. 80% Malvasia which bring ginger, apricot and sweet spice and 20% early picked Viura, bringing refreshing chalky citrus, all hand harvested and fermented in steel with wild yeasts. Unoaked, gentley filtered and just a touch of sulphur at bottling to craft the ideal white for drinking this summer.
