Exciting stuff from Daniel and Nicola Ham, pushing the potential for zero-sulphur English wine! Based out of their cellar in Wiltshire that began as Dan's side project from heading up wine-making at Langham Wine Estate in Dorset, it's now grown into a full family affair. They source their grapes from responsible, passionate growers from across Southern England and are making wines with utmost care in tiny volumes.
The NV 369 is an assemblage of three varieties taken from four vineyards over two years with each variety being fermented with different techniques before blending and being bottled via gravity in accordance with the lunar calendar.
Unfined, unfiltered and zero additions of sulphur!
Crunchy and juicy red berries with a touch of smoke, best enjoyed slightly chilled
