Sauvignon blanc grown on high altitude vines from the slopes of the Citrusdal mountain in Swartland. A slightly cooler cliamte for Swartland and a portion of the grapes fermented on the skins brings a well structureded Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of citrus, herbaceous hints and a waxy mineral edge.
