Originally from Aberdeen, Pamela Geddes spent five years in Australia mastering the craft of sparkling reds before finding a home in Barcelona where she forged her reputation by making Spain's only sparkling red. She produces amazing wines under the label Lobban Wines out of one of the smallest wineries in Spain located in the village of St Jaume Sesoliveres in Penedes.

The Rosita is Pamela's sparkling rosé made in the traditional method with mostly Garnacha from old bush vines planted in the 1930s. Expect nougat, toasted brioche, wild strawberries and rosehip. Great on it's own but is equally a great gastronomic wine that would pair beautifully with oysters, salmon or beef with horseradish.
