There’s cheap shelf Soave and then there’s real Soave... Made by the Morini family using some partially dried grapes. Their philosophy is based on a love of country life and a passion for vine growing. Seven brothers and cousins are behind the Latium Morini range, fore fronting the wave of Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone.
This Soave is super clear and straw-yellow in colour. It sits nicely with an afternoon of ripe cheeses, or an evening of pasta risotto. Deep mineral tones, floral with fruity flavours of peach, apple and exotic fruit.
