Jean Delobre is third generation winemaker at Le Ferme de Sept Lunes, perched high up on a hill in St Joseph facing the cooling breeze from the South East. He has been practicing organic and biodynamic farming since 1997 and he is creating fresh wines with a real depth and pure, juicy.

Pure Syrah from old vines, the grapes are destemmed and spend 3 weeks macerating in concrete vats with daily pump overs, the grapes are gently pressed before spending 12 months in 600 ltr used barrels, the finished wine goes through no fining or filtration and zero sulphur is added.
