Kevin Bouillet is one to watch! Having growing up in Pupillin, he set up his own domaine in 2018 with a combination of family plots and some vines he acquired from retiring farmers making up 4 hectares on typical Jura terroir of Jurassic limestone and blue, grey marl. He's been organically farming the classic Jura varieties of Chardonnay, Savagnin, Ploussard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir as well as a rarer indigenous variety named 'red-tailed melon' with a great respect for nature and meticulous care from day one. These are original natural wines that preserve the essence of the Pupillin terroir and the Jura identity. 

Because of the ultra rare unicorn wine status we shall be limiting sales to only 1 bottle per customer... Grab it while you can!
