A field blend of indigenous grapes from a single parcel of terraced vineyards in the cool Valencian hills. This plot was planted in the 40's by Javi's great-grandfather but has since been neglected for many years. Javi has worked hard regenerating this plot of old vines which has developed into a patchwork of vines, Mediterranean flora, olive and almond trees.

Zesty, nutty and salty with a chalky freshness to finish.
