Equipo Navazos is one of the leading producers of Sherry. Quality is absolutely second to none. Quantities are extremely limited - most of their wines are numbered  "bota", one offs, never to be repeated.

What started as a personal project of a group of friends was noticed by Ferran Adrià (chef at El Bulli) who persuaded them to make some for his restaurant and then one thing led to another and the wines garnered an international reputation.

The name "I Think" is a nod to Charles Darwin (Shrewsbury's most famous son, by some distance!) and his triumph of rationality and is a true and untamed Manzanilla. Bottled "en rama" after barely the slightest filtration process, it retains the intense golden colour and pungent character it exhibits straight from the butts where it ages under flor for about four and a half years. Each iteration of I Think is a unique bottling.
