Buno Coffee Trading is a small exporter which manages 7 washing stations in the area of Guji in Ethiopia’s southern region. With an altitude of over 2000 MASL and a wealth of young, healthy trees, Guji hosts ideal conditions for producing outstanding cup qualities. Not only this, but coffee is grown under a canopy of native shade trees and the local soil is volcanic fertile red soil.

Buno is dedicated to working with farmers between 8-15 hectares of land, which makes quality improvements far easier to implement and ensures that cherries can be separated into single-producer micro-lots. This smaller scale of produce allows for exceptional quality coffee.
