Gernot and Heike Henrich are life long innovators. Since taking over the family estate in 1985 they have constantly sought to improve and explore. Now farming biodynamically, which they see as being right for the planet and better for the wines, they were among the first to move to focus on quality and champion local grape varieties.

Blanc de noir Blaufrankisch from Heinrich, because why not? Grown on south-east facing slopes of  fossil rich limestone soils on the Leitha mountain range at 350m. Hand-picked early, direct pressed and spontaneously fermented between amphorae and old oak barrels before maturing in more amphorae and large wooden casks. Unfiltered and no sulphur added! 

Energetic, spicy and fresh with notes of creamy melon and honeycomb.
