Created by the energetic and charismatic Guillaume Gonnet, his curiosity and openness excels brightly through his wine making. He travelled and surfed his way around the word, hitting some of the best waves while learning his craft in various Australian and New Zealand regions. He returned back to the Rhône to his family estate, pursuing his new adventures as a wine maker. His approach expresses itself freely through hands-off winemaking, displaying his fascination for the varying soils of the Rhône through his diverse rang of wines.

Intense red and black fruits, yet softly elegant. Packed with lots of spices and Provence herbs. Soft aromas of liquorice, truffle and dark chocolate with an aging in concrete vats for 12 months. This wine sits nicely alongside a slow cooked casserole, or baked lamb.
