Guillaume Gonnet has travelled extensively to the far ends of the world in order to develop and hone his craft, as well as an excuse to seek out some of the best surf breaks before returning home to take over his families famous estate in Chateauneuf du Pape. He met his wife, Kelly in Australia and together they champion Biodynamic growing where possible to allow the fruit to express itself freely through hands-off winemaking. Guillaume has a fascination with the varying soils across the Rhone and alongside the wines they make from their estate, they also make a range of wines from other parts of the Rhone valley with grapes brought from trusted friends including this Rose from Tavel, the only appellation dedicated exclusively to rosé.

Gonnet's La Nymphe is a Grenache dominated fruit bomb. The grapes are pressed after a cold soak on the skins for 12-18 hours bring a deep pink hue. Dry and refreshing yet packed with plenty of fruit across the nose and palate with notes of strawberries, cherries, watermelon, peach and nectarine. A versatile rose, great with a barbecue, freshly cut melon, pasta, etc or equally smashable on its own.
