Elisabetta Foradori is one of the 11 members of the Dolomitici manifesto, a group united by friendship, solidarity and the common vision; the valorisation of the originality and diversity in trentino wine-growing, while respecting shared production ethics. Elisabetta is leading the way when it comes to biodynamics and saving and restoring native grapes of Trentino, namely Teroldego.  

Sgarzon literally means shoot and these grapes benefit greatly from the cooler climate of the Dolomites and the grapes retain an unusual freshness. 
The wine spends 8 months on the skin in amphorae.
