Created by Luigi Manzoni around 1924, at a time when many new varieties and hybrids were being developed in response to the challenges of phylloxera and other vineyard pests and diseases, Manzoni Bianco is a cross between Pinot Blanc and Riesling, one of the most successful hybrids to come out of that period, and now widespread in the Trentino region.
Fermented on skins in cement tanks then aged for seven months in acacia. This wine has great depth and nuttiness as well as delicate floral notes.
