Flo Busch, Lou Bragalou, Pays D'Herault, Languedoc, France

Originally from the Mosel in Germany, (we have wines from his family’s vineyards there too, Weingut Clemens Busch) Florian worked over several summers in Provence and the Languedoc. He fell in love. With a girl and the place. And now he and Paola, his wife, (yes, they married ) make wine from grapes grown near Montpeyroux, a magical site with cooling winds from the mountains inland, Mediterranean sunshine and limestone / marl / quartz soils.

Working naturally in the vineyards following organic and biodynamic principles, and naturally as possible in the cellar, using natural yeast ferments and ageing in neutral vessels. These are joyful wines that speak clearly of their origin and the skill and creative talent of the winemaker.
