Named in honour of Felicette, the first cat in space, and made to explore less explored regions and varieties, this is a stellar intro to skin contact / orange wine from the Catalan coast. It's a blend of Muscat and Grenache Gris grown on black schist soil close to the Mediterranean which brings great freshness and minerality to the wine. The grapes are co-fermented on the skins for 20 days before ageing in stainless steel. Expect zesty citrus amongst floral nuances and sweet exotic spices.
