Giuseppe Fanti took on some vines in the mid 1950's with the aim to preserve the Nosiola grape, indigenous to Trentino and only found in the Dolomites. Giuseppe passed the reigns to his son in the early 90s who now manages the vines and the winemaking with the greatest care, employing organic growing practises and mirroring that in the cellar with softer pneumatic pressing.

This single varietal Nosiola is zippy and fresh yet with a round, warming mouthfeel. Nutty notes of hazlenut and almond with tropical hints.
