Famille Gaillard has four domaines across France sees father Pierre fronting the mothership near Malleval in the Northern Rhône where he crafts a fine selection of Viognier, Roussane, Marsanne & Syrah with a gentle touch. With Pierre's guidance, his daughter's also now have their own domaines, with Elise in Banyuls and Jeanne a little closer to home in Crozes Hermitage as well as Pierre's additional project in Faugeres. They all share the same ethos of sustainable practices and minimal intervention to best represent their terroir. 

Delicate yet expressive Syrah from a handful of plots across Collines Rhodaniennes, some with rolled pebbles from the Drôme river and the others on the high plateau of the Ardèche with granite sands providing excellent drainage and contribute to the wine's minerality. Gentle extraction and ageing in Burgundian oak offer aromas of red and black fruit alongside some subtle smoke and the classic Northern Rhône pepperiness.
