Farming organically since 1998, Philippe Tessier is widely recognised as a pioneer in the region for low-input farming and winemaking. His son Simon took over the estate in 2020, and has been continuing the legacy of producing pure, energetic wines from hyper-local grapes and blends.

Les Sables 2023 is a stunning example of Romorantin aged in a mix of concrete and demi-muid, balancing richness and freshness and making it look easy.  Elegant stone fruit character on the nose gives way to a fleshy palate that begs for fresh seafood.
