Farming organically since 1998, Philippe Tessier is widely recognised as a pioneer in the region for low-input farming and winemaking.  His son Simon took over the estate in 2020, and has been continuing the legacy of producing pure, energetic wines from hyper-local grapes and blends.

The estate’s Cheverny Rouge 2023 brings together a familiar blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and a touch of Côt, into a joyful and juicy red with just the right amount of structure and spice.  Bright berries on the nose and a satisfying crunch on the palate.
