Olivier Pichon is a social worker turned wine maker and he's relatively new to it, only beginning in 2015, however he's a natural and his wines are going from strength to strength. Moving from Lyon and into the Gard, between Montpellier and Nimes is where he and his vineyards are located.

These Syrah grapes are selected from 4 different plots and all the vines are around 25 years. He hand harvests before whole bunch maceration for only 3 days, a dark fruits, spicy southern Syrah.
