When you see a Thierry Germain bottle you’ll notice bold block colours and symbiotic logos. My favourite is a tall and imposing Thierry who casts a long shadow which then joins the long shadows of his vines, a symbolic relation between man and vine each feeding off each other’s energy and reflecting on the biodynamic harmony that is present in the vineyard.

A deliciously quaffable, peppery cab franc. Lovely a little chilled.
