Zesty and fresh, easy drinking white from the Cotes de Gascogne. The vines are grown on a renowned marine geological site where plenty of fossils are found in the shallow clay, limestone soils. This brings an extra layer of minerality to the wine alongside citrus hits of lemon and gooseberry and some tropical notes of lychee and pineapple.
