This small family estate has been busy for 5 generations and were among the original co-founders of the Monbazillac wine co operative in 1935 . All their grapes are hand harvested so they are able to select only the ones affected by noble rot, this fungus will rid the grapes of any water which means the grape sugars are more concentrated and they are able to make this deliciously sweet wine
