Classy, biscuity, toasty Champagne from two brothers with organically farmed vineyards in various locations across Montaigne and Reims.

Under the watchful eyes of father, Raoul, Brothers François and Pierre are working biodynamically and focusing on each parcel of grapes individually, not just in the vineyard but in the winery as well. Their attention to detail is outstanding. 

The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier both come from old vines in the Premier Cru of Ludes and is blended with Chardonnay that has spent 18 months on the lees, these are the little yeast particles that give wines that buttery, toasty brioche flavour.
