Christian Tschida however would prefer not to talk about wine at all, for him his true passion is Art and once you notice one of Christian Tschida's wines you'll be drawn in by the masterpieces on the labels.
This wine is one that Christian may talk about though, here is his favourite grape and it has been processed in his signature style.

Hand harvested first thing in the morning these grapes then go through a very very gentle pressing, imagine the pressure of as hand shake, this ensures only the best and most delicate juices are extracted. Once extracted the wines are then aged in large wooden casks before being bottled unfixed and unfiltered with zero added sulphur.
