This wine is made by Les Artisans Partisans, a collaboration of growers with Chateaux Ollieux Romanis, an historic estate in the heart of Corbieres near to Montseret, owned by the Bories family. The area was utilised by the Romans for olives groves, hence the name. 

You may recognise the label as 'The one with the red tractor' - it's red counterpart being a firm favourite among the iron & rose shelves and this white blend deserves just as much attention. An organic blend of native grapes from the heart of the Languedoc where it gets incredibly hot and this heat really translates through the wine. A great white that doesn't get lost amongst more powerful flavours on the plate and no added sulphur to boot!
