This wine is produced in collaboration with Chateaux Ollieux Romanis, an historic estate in the heart of Corbieres near to Montseret, owned by the Bories family. The area was utilised by the Romans for olives groves, hence the name. The Artisans Partisans wines are made to reflect the nature of the country, the history of the people, and the traditional grape varieties and farming practices of the region.

This year's vintage of Cuvée Alice sees Syrah taking the dominant role with Carignan and Cinsault supporting bringing more dark fruits and pepperiness into the equation, still super soft and generous. Ideal with a warming Autumn stew.
