The Betschart are intent on creating the best possible expression of natural Bordeaux wines through biodynamics and the bare minimum of additions. This lively blend has a herbaceous quality on the nose with hints of tobacco. The Cab Franc brings luscious acidity, there's frutiness from the Merlot and great structure from the Cab Sauv. Unoaked.
