Chateau de la Mirande is owned and operated by Joseph Albajan, known locally as the 'Pope of Picpoul'. I have know idea why, but I'd like to!

Dry, zingy, mineral. Grown right on the Mediterranean coast, prefect with seafood, a bowl of olives, a little charcuterie.
