Château Clément Termes has been producing wines in the Gaillac region of south west France for over 150 years. Caroline and Olivier David are the seventh generation to run the domaine. On the right bank of the river Tarn, between Albi and Toulouse, the vineyards lie on the edge of the Gaillac plateau. Using traditional, local grape varieties such as Braucol and, in this case Mauzac, as well as more well known international varieties, they make wines which are brightly ripe and fruity but retain aromatic freshness.
This is a crisp and refreshing white with floral notes followed by green apple and passion fruit and a chalky, flinty edge.
