Made from a direct press of local red grape variety Mandó, which was almost lost but saved from extinction by Pablo Calatayud, fermented and matured for six months in amphora. A proper, food friendly dry rosé from the team at Celler del Roure. Pale pink in colour, pure, delicate berry fruit flavours and a distinct minerality and a touch of the Mediterranean! Perfect with similarly delicate foods such as white fish, salads or maybe just a bowl of salted almonds.
