Among the Morainic hills on the eastern shores of Lake Garda, Azienda Agricola Casaretti has been producing wines typical of the Bardolino region for over 100 years. Founded by Agostino, who learned viticulture and the art of vinification as a child but has since passed estate management to his son, Lorenzo who has since passed it on to his children Giammaria and Stefano in 2010. Alongside custodianship of the estate, they have been bestowed the same love, devotion and engagement with the vines as that of raising a child with the belief that 'The seeds for wines of highest quality are already sown in the vineyard'.

Their Custoza is a blend, mostly of Garganega which is indigenous to the region as well as Trebbiano, Bianca Fernanda (local clone of Cortese) and Trebbianello (indigenous clone of Tocai Friulano). Aged in stainless steel for a refreshing easy drinking but by no means simple white. Lean and bright with bags of fruit and some herbal aromatics.
