Casa Defra is a partnership between Cielo, who have been established in Collio Berici for over 100 years, and Cantina Sociale Colli Berici and their expert winemaking skills. They hand pick the grapes, trim them and select them for the respective parcels of wine and all details from the vineyard are recorded and verified, building on their 40 years of superb sustainability program which has granted them B-Corp certification in 2020!
