This smooth, rich wine has been aged for 20 years in small oak casks via a Solera system, a cascading raging system used in the production of sherry where each vintage is blended with the previous vintages. Caramel nuttiness with crisp acidity means this will pair perfectly with cheeses and rich Christmas puds.
