Buccia Nera or "Black Peel" was the nickname of great grandfather to the farm, Amadio, due to his great dedication to the land and the state of his skin, so dark from being burnt by the sun while tending to the farm. They describe their estate in Arezzo as a hilly, stony and barren land that needs to be cultivated with patience and dedication with respect for biodiversity and time in order to preserve and to pass onto their next generation. They look after olive groves, orchards, woodlands and vines of course.

This is ancestral method confondo, rose lobster in colour with yeasty notes on the nose followed by aromas of cherry, rose petal and toasted hazelnut. Dry to taste, super fresh with a savoury element to it with red fruits bubbling around. Great with pizza, seafood or battered vegetables!
