Pierre has been taking his time but he's making serious progress in Brouilly. 2014 he reclaimed 1 hectare in Côte de Brouilly and released his first vintage - 100% cotton. since then he's reclaimed more plots and more wines.

Pierre's partner., Marine Bonnet formed forces in 2020 and their wines are really gaining traction in the world of low intervention.

Gamay is whole bunch macerated in concrete tanks before aging in large oak foudres for 8-10 months before bottling with zero sulphur.
