High altitude wines from the beautiful mountainous coasts of Crete where grapes have been grown since the third millenium BC. Aôri is the project of ex-sommelier, Aimilios Andrei and Dmitri Scours, oenologist and viticulturist. The term simply means 'mountain' in Cretan dialect and this is very much reflected in their wines with refreshing acidity and minerality running through their core.

Kotsifali is a rare native red variety from Crete that can produce elegant reds but is often hidden in blends. The grapes are handpicked from 40 year old bush vines planted at 750-850 metres above sea level. 

Super elegant with red cherry and stony aromas followed by sour cherry, wild strawberry and white pepper on the palate. Fine tannins and silky.
