The previously undervalued Tejo region lying to the south of Lisbon is capable of producing wines of enormous value and character – something that is captured by Ai Galera. From around the region of Charneca on sandy-clay soils. Each variety is fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel vats at 23 ºC. It's an intense ruby red colour with subtle aroma's of red berry fruits, round in the mouth, medium bodied and a well rounded finish with mellow tannin.

This gentle red works well with white meats and soft cheese.
