Wine of the Week - Vicoletto, Catarratto, Sicily

This is a great “gateway” orange made by Cantine Rallo from organically grown Catarratto grapes. Most is made in the usual white wine way, fermenting the juice without skins, but a small proportion of the juice is fermented on skins which adds aroma, texture and complexity. Unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphites.

Delicious with seafood, fried food or no food!
